A Holistic Seasonal Reset: My 15-Year Personal Ritual for Energy and Renewal

For more than 15 years, twice a year, I have practiced a traditional holistic liver-support ritual that I first discovered in my early fifties.

Discovering a Natural Reset

I first discovered this practice during a period of transition in my life.

I was entering menopause and, despite having no clear medical explanation, I often felt unusually tired, emotionally heavy, and disconnected from my usual vitality.

Curious to understand what might help, I began researching natural approaches that could support my body. My focus initially centered on digestive wellness, which many holistic traditions consider a foundation of overall health.

During this search, I came across a traditional cleansing protocol that had been shared decades earlier by Dr. Clark, long before it became widely discussed.

I decided to try the protocol exactly as it was originally described.

The Experience

The changes I noticed were not dramatic in a medical sense.
